How much does a counselling session cost?
Our counselling sessions are £60 for a one-hour appointment. This includes personalised, one-to-one support from a qualified therapist, either in-person or online.
What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer a range of talking therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), general counselling, and trauma-informed psychotherapy — all tailored to your needs.
Can I book therapy appointments online?
You can book therapy sessions by calling or emailing our team. Appointments are available at our North Wales clinic or remotely via secure video call.
What issues can therapy help with?
Our therapist can support you with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, addiction, eating disorders, and more. You don’t need a diagnosis to start.
Do you offer therapy for work-related stress or burnout?
