What to Expect from an Appointment
Booking an appointment at zenvité is simple — and designed to give you time, clarity, and confidence.
Before Your Appointment
- Book online, by phone, or through our contact form
- We'll send you a confirmation with all the details you need
- You're welcome to bring any relevant documents, medication lists or previous test results, though they're not required unless we have specifically asked for them
During Your Appointment
- Standard consultations are 20 minutes, giving you time to talk without feeling rushed
- You'll be seen by an experienced clinician who listens first — and works with you to build a clear plan
- Any recommended tests, treatments or referrals will be explained in plain language
After Your Appointment
- You'll receive a summary of your consultation if needed
- Prescriptions or letters will be arranged on the same day where appropriate
- Follow-up bookings or additional support can be organised directly with our team
Fees & How to Pay
All our services are priced individually and always discussed in advance — we believe in complete pricing transparency with no hidden costs.
- Payment is taken at the time of your appointment
- We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and instalment options such as Klarna
- Invoices or receipts can be provided on request

Your health information is handled with the utmost care — always private, always secure.
- All consultations and medical records are strictly confidential
- We use secure systems to store and manage your information, in line with current data protection regulations (UK GDPR)
- You'll receive a summary of your appointment if requested
We're happy to share information with other clinicians (such as your NHS GP or specialist) only with your consent. There are some instances — for example with certain medications — where we can only offer these if we have your permission to share information with your GP. We will always discuss this with you.
