Get Real Health Ltd ("zenvité", "we", "us", "our") provides healthcare services, which may be delivered via video, telephone, or in-person consultations at our clinic(s).

4. Use of Services

Guidance provided by our administrative team (by phone or email) is non-clinical and for support purposes only.

All medical advice is provided only within a formal consultation setting by qualified clinicians.

Patients must provide accurate and honest information. We cannot accept liability where essential medical information is withheld.

We offer a chaperone service upon request for any examination.

Our clinicians reserve the right to decline or modify treatment plans if deemed clinically inappropriate.

Treatment costs will always be discussed in advance. Prices may change without notice.

Medication prescribed by zenvité is charged separately and must be paid for by the patient.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abuse toward our staff, other patients, or our property.

Invoices must be settled in full before further appointments, tests, or prescriptions are issued.

4.1 Limitation of Liability

While our clinicians exercise professional skill and care, Zenvité accepts no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical information, attending follow-up appointments as advised, and complying with treatment plans. Failure to do so may limit the effectiveness of care provided.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Get Real Health Ltd. Unauthorised copying, distribution, or reuse of any material is prohibited.

zenvité may request pre-payment for certain appointments (e.g., vaccinations, high-demand services).

  • More than 24 hours' notice: Full refund
  • Within 24 hours: 50% refund
  • After appointment has occurred: Refunds only considered following written complaint, as per our complaints policy

10. Cancellation & Non-Attendance

You can cancel via email, phone, or the link in your booking email.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% fee
  • No-shows: 100% fee

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Force Majeure

Zenvité shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, or staff illness.
