We already provide executive medicals for organisations across North Wales. Every assessment is carried out in person by one of our doctors, at our St Asaph clinic or at your workplace, with time to talk properly, a full examination and a broad blood panel, followed by a doctor's review of every result.
Your staff get a thorough, unhurried check-up and a clear plan. You get a healthier team, and the reassurance that anything important has been picked up early.
Assessments for Every Role
Executive medicals
Built on our Advanced Health Check: a full history and examination, around 70 blood markers, an ECG and lung function testing, with a personal results report.
Staff health checks
Our Core Health Check for wider teams: up to an hour with a doctor and around 50 blood markers, covering the common, changeable risks such as cholesterol, blood sugar and liver health.
Pre-employment & fitness medicals
Pre-employment, DVLA Group 1 and 2, HGV and LGV, and other medicals and certificates, completed to the standard required.
On-site health days
We can come to you, bringing blood testing, ECG and spirometry to your workplace, so staff can be seen without leaving site.
Mental Health, Stress & Return to Work
Physical health is only part of the picture. Our accredited therapist has extensive experience supporting employees on behalf of local authorities and other organisations, helping people through stress, anxiety, low mood and difficult life events, and supporting a safe, sustainable return to work after time off.
Sessions are confidential, in person at our St Asaph clinic or by secure video, and can be arranged for individual members of staff as and when they need them. More about counselling and CBT.
What Our Health Checks Find
We audit our own health checks. In our most recent audit, more than half of patients had a risk factor we had not known about before, one that can be changed. Most often this was raised cholesterol; we also found low testosterone and signs of liver strain. Every finding was followed up with advice, treatment or a repeat test.
For an employer, that is the value of a proper check-up: problems found early, while they are still simple to deal with.

Results stay between the employee and their doctor. We never share individual health check results with employers.
Questions from Employers
Will we see our employees' results?
No. Health check results are confidential between each employee and their doctor. For fitness and pre-employment medicals, you receive the outcome the medical is for, never the clinical details behind it.
Can you come to our workplace?
Yes. We can run health checks on site, including blood tests, ECG and spirometry, with the doctor's review and results at our clinic or by video.
Can you support staff with stress or mental health?
Yes. Our therapist offers confidential counselling and CBT for employees, including support with work-related stress and returning to work after time off.
What does an executive medical include?
It is based on our Advanced Health Check: an extended appointment with a doctor, a full history and physical examination, around 70 blood markers, an ECG and lung function testing, and a personal report with every result reviewed and explained.
Can you see a group of staff?
Yes. Tell us how many people and what you need, and we will arrange appointments at our clinic or on site, whichever works best for your team.
Can individuals book a health check themselves?
Of course. Anyone can book a Core or Advanced Health Check directly, with no referral needed.
