We have supported international film and TV productions filming in North Wales, seeing crew at our clinic and providing discreet care for talent on location, including travelling at no notice when it was needed.
We are doctors, not a set medic service. We work alongside your unit medic or first aid cover, providing the things they can't: a full medical assessment, diagnosis, prescriptions, tests and referrals, from an experienced doctor who can see someone quickly and keep things quiet.

Cast medicals to your insurer’s requirements, fitness-to-work and other medicals, completed and returned promptly.
Confidential by Default
We never name the productions or people we look after. Medical information stays between the patient and their doctor, and is shared with the production only with the patient's consent. We are happy to work under your confidentiality agreements.
For cast and crew who need ongoing support while filming, we also offer confidential counselling and access to a consultant psychiatrist.
Questions from Productions
Can a doctor come to set or to a hotel?
Yes. We visit locations and hotels across North Wales and further afield, including at short notice and outside normal hours where we can. Call us to check availability.
Do you replace a set medic?
No. A set medic provides first aid and emergency cover on set. We provide doctor-level care alongside them: assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, tests and referrals.
Can you carry out cast insurance medicals?
Yes. Send us your insurer’s medical form and timescales and we will arrange the assessment and complete the paperwork.
Can crew who are visiting the area be seen?
Yes. Anyone can book with us, whether or not they live locally. No registration or referral is needed.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. Discretion is a normal part of how we work, and we are happy to work under your production’s confidentiality terms.
