Menopause Clinic

Expert, GP-led menopause care for women in Denbighshire, Flintshire, Conwy and beyond — with HRT, hormonal testing, lifestyle guidance, and holistic support all in one place.

Expert Care

You deserve to feel like yourself again

Menopause is a natural transition — but the symptoms it brings can profoundly affect your quality of life, your work, your relationships, and your sense of self. Hot flushes, disrupted sleep, brain fog, anxiety, and low mood are common. They are also treatable.

At zenvité, we offer evidence-based menopause care led by experienced GPs who take your symptoms seriously. Whether you are approaching perimenopause, in the thick of it, or navigating post-menopausal health, we are here to help you understand what is happening and find a path forward that works for you.

We treat each patient as an individual. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) may be part of that picture — but so may hormonal blood tests, lifestyle changes, nutritional guidance, and access to talking therapy. You receive holistic support, not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Recognising Menopause

Symptoms we treat

Menopause and perimenopause can present in many different ways. If you are experiencing any of the following, our doctors can help you understand what is happening and what options are available to you.

🌡️
Hot Flushes & Night Sweats
Sudden waves of heat, often with flushing and perspiration, that can significantly disrupt daily life and sleep.
🧠
Brain Fog
Difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness, and mental sluggishness that can affect confidence and work performance.
💭
Anxiety & Mood Changes
Increased anxiety, low mood, irritability, and emotional sensitivity linked to hormonal fluctuations.
😴
Fatigue
Persistent tiredness that does not resolve with rest — often compounded by disrupted sleep from night sweats.
💗
Low Libido & Vaginal Dryness
Changes in sexual desire and vaginal health that are very common but often under-discussed — and very treatable.
📅
Irregular or Heavy Periods
Perimenopausal changes to the menstrual cycle, including skipped periods, heavier bleeding, or unpredictability.
🦴
Joint Aches & Headaches
Musculoskeletal discomfort and increased headaches related to oestrogen changes — often overlooked as a menopause symptom.
⚖️
Weight & Metabolism Changes
Shifts in body composition, weight distribution, and metabolic rate that can occur independently of diet or lifestyle.

What We Offer

Our menopause services

From your first consultation through to ongoing management, our menopause clinic provides personalised, joined-up care.

01
Initial Menopause Consultation
A thorough consultation with a GP experienced in menopause care. We take a full symptom history, review your health background, and work with you to understand the full picture — creating space for you to ask any questions you have.
02
HRT Discussion & Prescribing
We provide a thorough, evidence-based discussion of hormone replacement therapy — including the different types, routes of administration, and the current research on safety and benefits. If HRT is appropriate for you, we can prescribe and monitor it directly.
03
Hormonal Blood Tests
We offer hormonal blood testing where clinically indicated — including FSH, LH, oestradiol, testosterone, thyroid, and other relevant markers — to support diagnosis and ongoing monitoring of your treatment.
04
Lifestyle & Nutrition Guidance
Practical, evidence-based lifestyle advice that addresses sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stress management — all of which can meaningfully influence how your body navigates the menopause transition.
05
Talking Therapy Support
Through our in-house counselling service, patients can access psychological support for the anxiety, low mood, and identity shifts that menopause can bring. A joined-up approach to care — physical and emotional — in one clinic.
06
Follow-Up & Ongoing Care
Menopause is not a one-appointment matter. We offer structured follow-up appointments to review your response to treatment, adjust prescriptions as needed, and support you through each stage of the transition.

Why Choose Us

Menopause care that takes you seriously

For too long, women's menopausal symptoms have been minimised or misattributed. We believe every woman deserves to have her experience heard, taken seriously, and properly managed.

GP-Led Care
Your consultation is led by an experienced GP — not a nurse or health coach — giving you access to full prescribing authority and clinical decision-making from the outset.
Holistic Approach
We look at the whole picture: physical symptoms, emotional health, lifestyle factors, and long-term wellbeing. Menopause affects your whole self, and your care should too.
Up-to-Date on HRT
We follow current NICE and British Menopause Society guidelines on HRT and keep abreast of the latest evidence — ensuring you receive informed, modern advice rather than outdated caution.
No Waiting Lists
Appointments available promptly — because menopausal symptoms do not wait, and neither should your access to care. Book online and often be seen within days.
